Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal, lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security measures, scrape the site at a harmful scale, or use the site in a way that infringes another person's rights.

Soul Arcade game results

Soul Scenario, Battle Style, Soul Trial, Daily Choice, and Party Match are short entertainment games. Their roles, styles, formations, and trials are original fictional prompts, not clinical traits, relationship compatibility, moral rankings, or official UNDERTALE lore. A quick game result is not equivalent in depth or method to the 66-question assessment.

Creating or joining a Party Match room voluntarily shares the resulting seven-number game summary and leading role with the room owner. Individual choices are not uploaded. Standalone Party Match completions do not qualify for referral discounts or paid-report unlocks.

Age and authority to purchase

The site is not directed to children under 13. If you are not old enough to consent to data processing or enter a digital-purchase agreement where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and authorize any email submission, optional AI focus, or purchase.

One-time digital purchases

Detailed and AI reports are one-time digital purchases, not subscriptions. PayPal checkout shows the selected product, total price, and USD currency before payment. In mainland China, the site may instead show an administrator-configured CNY price and manual WeChat transfer instructions. The available option is selected from the country code supplied to our server by Cloudflare, independently of the language you choose. Unknown countries use the default price zone. An AI full report includes the detailed report. A paid standard-report owner may be offered an AI upgrade based on the applicable current AI price and credit rules shown before checkout.

The handwriting test has a separate optional product called the AI handwriting interpretation. Its price is configured independently from the standard report and seven-signal AI report. Purchasing it does not change or unlock the free handwriting result, result cards, sharing, or friend comparison.

A manual WeChat order displays an exact amount, payee display name, expiry, and random payment-note code. You are responsible for checking the payee and entering the complete note. Clicking “transferred” does not prove payment or unlock a report. Access begins only after an administrator verifies the receipt and approves the matching order. Approval is not instantaneous; do not create or pay another order while the first transfer is awaiting review.

Because access and generation begin immediately after a successful capture or approved transfer, purchases are final and we do not offer change-of-mind refunds, except where applicable law or a payment-provider decision requires otherwise. Where local law requires it, checkout asks you to expressly request immediate supply of the digital report and acknowledge that the applicable statutory withdrawal or cancellation right will be lost once access begins. We store the time and policy version of that confirmation and repeat it in the report-access email.

If a completed payment is not delivered, contact us with the PayPal order ID or manual transfer note so we can restore access or investigate. A refund, reversal, chargeback, fraud determination, rejected manual transfer, or material payment dispute may result in access being withheld or revoked.

Referral unlocks

Where enabled, Soul Match and referral unlocking use one personal room link. You may compare eligible completed results and unlock the standard detailed report by reaching the displayed number of valid completed assessments. Self-referrals, repeat completions from the same browser, automated activity, fabricated completions, or attempts to bypass the counting rules do not qualify and may be removed.

Before the goal is reached, eligible pricing zones may receive milestone prices based on valid completions: one completion at 80% of the current starting offer, two to three at 70%, four to five at 60%, six to seven at 50%, and eight or more at 40%. The displayed checkout price is authoritative. Where the starting price is above the floor, standard pricing will not fall below USD 2.99 and AI pricing will not fall below USD 4.99; an offer or floor never raises a lower configured base price. AI never becomes free. The India and Southeast Asia pricing zone does not receive partial-progress discounts. Reaching the goal unlocks the standard report at zero payment value, so that entitlement supplies no paid-standard credit toward AI.

Referral links and unfinished progress may expire after 90 days. We may pause or change the referral program for future links, while an already granted report entitlement remains subject to the same access, abuse, and availability terms as other standard reports.

You may optionally provide an email when creating an unlock-enabled invitation. Once the first valid friend has completed the assessment, we may schedule one progress and price message if no further valid completion occurs for approximately two hours. A new completion before delivery restarts that quiet period, reaching the goal cancels the pending message, and each invitation result receives at most one delivered progress-price message.

Soul Cache promotional offers

In eligible pricing zones, you may voluntarily open a Soul Cache once before purchase. Opening is free and reveals a promotional price fixed to that result and browser; refreshing does not reroll it. Stable, Resonant, and Brilliant tiers are selected randomly at approximately 55%, 35%, and 10%. The tier is not selected from your virtue scores, device, purchase history, or inferred willingness to pay. Scores are used only to bind the signed offer to the correct result.

The Stable tier applies approximately 40% off both standard and AI; Resonant applies approximately 50% off both; Brilliant applies approximately 55% off both. Rounding and the USD 2.99 standard/USD 4.99 AI floors apply. India and Southeast Asia retain their existing low regional prices and do not receive Soul Cache offers. A valid Soul Match progress discount may reduce a revealed offer further. Soul Cache opening does not require payment and is not a wager, lottery ticket, or promise of a cash prize.

Report delivery and recovery

For paid checkout, you may enter a report email before opening PayPal or choose to use the payer email returned by PayPal. A manual WeChat transfer requires an email before the transfer order is created. An email entered before PayPal payment is used for transactional delivery and recovery and may receive one reminder about that specific checkout after approximately 20 minutes if payment remains incomplete. The reminder may restate an existing Soul Cache price but does not create a further discount; successful payment cancels it. An optional invitation-progress email may receive the single message described above. If PayPal does not provide a usable email, you must add an email you control after payment to receive the link. Once stored for a result, that address cannot be changed through the report interface. Soul Match rooms can be created without an email and depend on the original browser's signed owner cookie unless a separate recovery method is later provided. Viewing and management links are private, single-use, and time-limited; do not forward them. Email delivery is not a permanent-storage guarantee.

We may improve an already purchased report at no additional charge. A substantial included upgrade may replace the current report while retaining the prior completed version for operational rollback, and we may send one transactional email when the upgraded report is ready.

AI report limitations

AI generation starts automatically after PayPal confirms an AI purchase or an administrator approves a matching manual transfer, using the optional focus submitted when checkout begins. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. It is provided for self-reflection and general information only and is not medical, mental-health, diagnostic, treatment, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Do not enter sensitive information in the optional focus field or rely on an AI report for a health, safety, or other high-stakes decision. If AI generation fails, we may provide the detailed report as an immediate fallback while preserving AI access for support or later delivery.

A handwriting AI interpretation is based only on the visual forms selected in the handwriting game and optional context supplied by the purchaser. It is a creative reflection, not validated graphology, and must not be used to infer intelligence, honesty, health, protected traits, employability, criminality, compatibility, or future behavior.

Content and attribution

The site's original content, interface, and source code are protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or redistribute substantial portions without permission. Public project information, attribution, and feedback are available in the Soul Virtues public repository.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site without notice. The site is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every result will be suitable for every purpose.

Third-party services

Your use of PayPal, WeChat Pay, OpenAI, Resend, Google Analytics, GitHub, and other linked services is also subject to their applicable terms and policies.
