What does this alignment test measure?

One axis explores commitment to codes and shared rules versus freedom to choose in the moment. The other explores willingness to help others versus accepting harm for personal advantage. They are scored separately: following rules does not automatically mean helping people.

This is a roleplaying reflection game inspired by the familiar nine-alignment framework. It is not an official Dungeons & Dragons test, a clinical assessment, or a verdict on whether you are a good person.

How your score works

Six questions contribute to each axis. Each choice adds −2, 0, or +2, so each total ranges from −12 to +12. Order scores of +4 or higher are Lawful; −4 or lower are Chaotic. Care scores of +4 or higher are Good; −4 or lower are Evil. Totals between those thresholds are Neutral. These are editorial game thresholds, not validated psychological cutoffs.

All 12 answers are required. Every question has the same weight; reversing the displayed options does not change their values. Your answers are held in this tab, not uploaded or added to the shared link. Reloading starts a fresh session. Copying the result shares only the alignment label and a link to the test.

Is this the Soul Virtues test?

No. The 66-question Soul Virtues test gives seven separate signals. Moral alignment uses two axes and nine labels. Neither result can be converted into the other, and this game does not change your saved Soul Virtues result.
